L’Oreal’s INOA means “Innovation without Ammonia” and it is a dye that will leave your hair as healthy as it was before the colouring process, not causing any kind of hair deterioration action.
How does INOA work if it does not contain any ammonia?
L’Oreal is using a new technology called Oil Delivery System, which uses oil molecules (instead of ammonia) to carefully open the string of hair and soften the dye. INOA can be found only in certain salons and represents the security and peace that you feel when you are not intoxicating your hair and scalp with ammonia.
Ammonia is used in most of hair dyes to open the strings of hair, so that the colour can be absorbed. There are studies that underline the fact that ammonia is irritating and can be harmful for the organism because it is easily absorbed through skin or by inhaling.
